Terms of Service

By using Poker Reflex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Purchases also require confirmation through the relevant app store and are subject to its applicable purchase terms. These terms do not replace Apple's applicable app licence terms or Google Play's terms.

You must meet the age requirements applicable to your app store listing and country, and be legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian's authorisation, obtain it before using the service or making a purchase. A store content rating is not permission to gamble.

Poker Reflex provides poker preflop strategy and game theory optimal (GTO) training, practice scenarios, range information, and progress feedback. It does not accept real-money bets, hold gambling deposits, or award cash prizes.

Training results, ranges, scores, and recommendations are educational and depend on simplified assumptions. They do not guarantee accurate play in every situation, improvement, winnings, or any financial outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and for complying with laws and third-party poker platform rules wherever you play.

You can start free training without an account. An account is required for Pro checkout and optional cloud backup. Keep your sign-in email and access codes secure, and contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.

Progress is stored locally. Signed-in cloud backup and restore depend on a successful sync and an internet connection. Unsynced or guest progress may be lost if you reset data, uninstall the app, or lose your device. Check that your backup has synced before changing devices; do not rely on it as your only record of information important to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains account data, usage measurement, billing providers, support submissions, and deletion requests.

Poker Reflex includes free training and optional Pro features. Monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase are available where offered. The app and store purchase screen show the features, price, currency, billing period, and any offer conditions that apply before you confirm. Availability and offers may differ by platform and region.

A Lifetime purchase is a single, non-renewing purchase granting the paid access described in its offer; it is not a recurring subscription. No trial, discount, or particular future feature is included unless expressly stated in the offer you accept. Changes to the service do not remove your mandatory rights concerning paid digital content or services.

Apple or Google processes in-app payments. RevenueCat helps validate purchases and determine paid access. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically and your store account is charged for the next billing period unless you cancel before renewal under the store's rules.

Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues for the period already paid, subject to refunds and applicable store rules. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Poker Reflex account does not cancel a subscription. Buying Lifetime does not itself cancel an existing subscription.

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the store account used for the original purchase to restore eligible access. You may also need to sign in to your Poker Reflex account. If access is missing, contact support before buying again; restoration and cross-platform access depend on the original purchase and the relevant store's rules.

For Apple-billed purchases, use Apple's refund request process. For Google Play purchases, follow Google Play's refund process. You can also contact us for purchase or service problems. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the applicable store policy, and the law.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty, unavailable, or non-conforming digital content or services. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for immediate digital delivery requires the conditions and express consent required by law; accepting these terms alone does not waive that right.

We and our licensors retain rights in the app, website, design, software, branding, and training materials. You may use them for your personal training within the access you have obtained. Do not resell or redistribute protected materials without permission, bypass paid access, exploit security flaws, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not prevent legally protected uses.

You retain rights in messages, feedback, and screenshots you submit. Send only material you are entitled to share and avoid including secrets or unnecessary personal information. You allow us to use submissions as needed to respond to your request, investigate issues, and consider improvements, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful or abusive content.

We work to maintain Poker Reflex, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Updates, maintenance, connectivity, device compatibility, and store or provider outages may affect features. We may update the service; material changes affecting paid access remain subject to applicable notice requirements and consumer remedies.

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time through Profile settings or support. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not remove rights to remedies or refunds required by law. Remember to cancel recurring store subscriptions separately.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for gambling losses arising from your decisions or disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or applicable statutory guarantees and consumer remedies.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also retain the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence where applicable, and any rights to bring a claim in a competent local court.

We may revise these terms as the service or law changes. We will publish the revised terms here with an updated date and provide further notice or obtain consent where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights arising from a purchase already made.
